You have two options: You can install the software yourself and configure it via the step-by-step instructions in the manual, or you can have us do all the work. We can provide a complete server with SOS Standby Server pre-installed, configured for your network and ready to fail over for your server. We do all the setup work. All you have to do is plug in the server to your network and your standby server is ready to go.

How It’s Done…
We do the installation remotely with only brief participation of your designated IT person who will need be onsite briefly to perform some minimal duties. We will establish a remote control session with GoToAssist Express. You will be able to watch all that we do. We will need a USB drive attached to the main server, and then after the image file is built, we will need that drive moved to the backup server. We will also need information as to what data will be synchronized and where that data is. Other than that we will handle the complete setup and testing remotely.
Want On-Site Installation?
We will do an onsite installation if requested. The additional cost for this is $500.00 plus travel and motel expenses.
